Protection Against Environmental Liabilities
Tanenbaum-Harber Environmental was formed to provide environmental insurance and risk management services to companies, including but not limited to:
Our Products and Services Pollution Legal Liability provides site-specific environmental coverage that includes on and off-site protection for bodily injury, property damage and cleanup costs. Coverage is triggered by pollution conditions. Remediation Legal Liability provides first party remediation expense from pollution conditions on, at, under or emanating from a covered location and off-site loss. Coverage may be written to be triggered by simple discovery and/or government-mandated cleanup. Legal Defense Expense covers legal costs, charges and expenses incurred as a result of defending and the possible settlement of a liability suit for pollution conditions. Coverage applies whether the suit is made by a private third party or by the government. Claims for Contract Damages pays for compensatory damages for which the insured business is liable. Cost Cap covers cost overruns associated with a scheduled remediation action plan. Business Interruption including developmental soft costs. Contractors Pollution and professional liability coverage.
